To end of the show, I bring some of the more popular euro sounds that emerged during this time. The four C's (Corona, Capital Sound, Culture Beat and Cappella) are here as well as Jesse Lee Davis.
'Rhythm Of The Night' starts it off with Lee Marrow's finest work. This is what I consider to be the best mix even though there are literally dozens of versions floating around, certainly a milestone in dance music. 'Higher Love' is next, this first in a long line of excellent tracks from Capital Sound. What's to say about Culture Beat? They're the greatest. Every track they make is greatness and 'Got To Get It' is one of their best. Cappella does it up with an earlier example in 'U Got 2 Know' givng us that rougher techno sound from their earlier days and 'Is This Love' finishes it off this month. Next month in January we get into some of the finest tracks from 1995 & 1996.
Segment 4
Corona - Rhythm Of The Night
Capital Sound - Higher Love
Culture Beat - Got To Get it
Cappella - U Got 2 Know
Jesse Lee Davis - Is This Love

For Part 3 we switch gears and turn it up a notch as we get into some fine examples of eurodance from 93-94. Captain Hollywood 'More and More starts it off with the medium paced driving bass riffs that characterized early euro. Some of the finest lyrics are included as well, the type that make you think. Intermission 'Piece Of My Heart' follows it up showing why nothing was cooler than eurodance from 93. Next is Masterboy 'Everybody Needs Somebody' with a slightly more driving heavy sound. Haddaway's 'Life follows that driving sound up with the Mission Control mix. And lastly we have Patric 'Love Me' which characterizes the popular euro sound in 94 that seems to favor 'power chords' and 'power vocals' as the driving element. If you like euro at all I'm sure you'll be entertained.

Next up we have some MOAR house from both sides of the Atlantic. NYC based Masters At Work 'I Can't Get No Sleep' is a true New York house classic and features the timeless vocals of India. Kristine W is another great house diva and my favortie dance vocalist BAR NONE. Her 1994 hit 'Feel What You Want' could be the greatest dance hit of all time and has the amazing Rollo Armstrong of Faithless fame on production. Laurell '4 Your Love' is nowhere near a high profile chune but doesn't make it any less of a rare gem. Juliet Roberts 'I Want You' is another fine piece of vocal house with a pretty sweet string riff. The set rounds off with A MURK production in The Fog 'Been A Long Time' with Dorothy Mann on vocals. Hypnotic and bassy all the way.

Hello and welcome to this months podcast in which I take a step back from modenr day dance music to showcase some of the best dance mixes from what I consider to be the "golden years". The years 1993-1996 were some of the most exciting in dance music history during which most different types of dance scenes blended together. Eurodance was the new exciting type of music to come out and house was going strong. Dance was slowly fading away from the mainstream spotlight it was bathed in only a couple years earlier but that only made it better, more creative and more original.
This month I'll feature some of the best in Eurodance and House from both 1993 and 1994. The sets are all 25 minutes in length this month.
First up is some vocal house starting at a cool and comfortable 121 BPM.  Shawn Christopher's 'Make My Love' was the latest Stonebridge remix and used the popular organ sound and well as traditional house elements such and Pianos and string ceilings.  Robin S 'Love 4 Love' comes along next, another work from Stonebridge. With all the attention Show Me Love has gotten over the years many people forget about this little gem.  Next we have Lonnie Gordon 'Happening All Over Again' with MOAR house diva action. Crystal Waters '100% Pure Love' rounds it off with one of the greatest house anthems of all time. I'm sure even fo you're like me and never went to clubs or was too youngs you remember at least one of these from a Polytel dance compilation. Going into some slower examples of euro we have Mars Plastic 'Find A Way' and Rage 'Why Don't You' both great tracks from 93.
